Shipping documents, quotations and supplier follow-ups, handled by one agent

Every shipment means a commercial invoice, a packing list, a certificate of origin and an endless thread of messages with buyers, suppliers and forwarders. An Anjazo agent prepares this work from your company's data, replies and follows up in Arabic and English, and leaves the decisions to your team.

Questions from trading companies

Before you start

Does the agent file the customs declaration itself?

No. It prepares all the required data in a clean file, and your team or clearing agent submits it. Decisions and responsibility stay with you.

Can it deal with suppliers in other languages?

Yes. It reads and writes Arabic and English, and can write to suppliers in other common trade languages, translating replies for your team.

Do we need a new system?

No. It works with what you use today: WhatsApp, email, Excel sheets and your accounting system if it allows integration.

Where does our shipment and customer data stay?

In your own accounts and systems. The agent only reaches what its task needs, and we can sign an NDA before starting.
